Company history

In March 2005, the Group-L Financial Investment, a securities trading company, was established in Kyiv.

In May 2006, the AIK insurance company was established, which was part of the Group-L Financial Investment group and was engaged in insurance of financial risks in investment projects.

In 2009, the Group-L opened its representative office in Zürich, focusing on expanding contacts with private investors and investment banks. This is exclusively an investment office.

In 2010, our company opened its representative office in Tallinn, expanding its presence in European countries and complementing the Zürich office in provision of financial consulting services.

In 2012, the company expanded its geography by opening a representative office in Barcelona, providing financial and investment consulting services on the Spanish market, enabling its clients to carry out a professional analysis of profitability and risks

In 2017, the Group-L company was reorganised, after which the management team was led by Lado Sheroziia and became the new Laduchi brand, retaining the most valuable asset – 12 years of experience, a team and a professional approach to clients.

Today the Laduchi group of companies comprises of Laduchi Capital, Laduchi Consult and Laduchi Digital.
