Scaling Waxco Line and conquering the CIS market
Background
Waxco Line – a Spanish company that has been exporting industrial materials and equipment since 1968: jewelry, printing sector, machines, etc. They had regular customers in the United States, Canada and Europe and wanted to expand their reach, exporting merchandise to CIS.
However, Waxco Line had no clue about the local mentality and specifics of doing business in these countries, and so the company turned to us.
Mission
Help adapt to post-Soviet mentality and enter the local markets.

Waxco Line entered the CIS markets, scaled their business – territory- and finance-wise, got an insight into the future demand, to keep their clients coming back again and again for more.
Mission accomplished successfully. We continue helping with the customer demand studies in Russia, Ukraine and other countries, giving a better understanding of what kind of services and merchandise are needed there.
