WT Group – a group of companies that is doing business in Georgia, interacting with businesses all over the world, focusing primarily on:

• Freight forwarding
• Emulsified bitumen – manufacturing within the area of 6,000 square meters and marketing to construction companies
• Asphalt plant
• US-Georgian school in Batumi

Mission

Establish the management hierarchy for 4 various businesses so that all the tasks are handled by the integrated structure and delivered to the CEO.

Reservation

The owner WT Group wanted to keep up to date with all business processes while saving his time for participation in the business. The mission was to set up a system for delegation of tasks.

Solution

• We structured the corporate operation system
• Prepared the job descriptions (detailed description of the tasks for each line of business) and found the proper executive staff  and improved the reporting system
